Public Hearing –Rezoning

The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for rezoning as follows:

1. The consideration of a request from Santee Shores, Inc. to rezone property on Hwy #6 and State Park Road, Santee SC 29142, with TMS# 0307-15-01-002.000, 20.53 acres from RS-1 (Low - Density Single Family Residential) to RS-2 (Medium -Density Single Family Residential) for the purpose of developing residential community.
2. The consideration of a request from Santee Shores, Inc. to rezone property on Hwy #6 and State Park Road, Santee SC 29142, with TMS# 0307-00-02-062.000, 24.16 acres from RS-1 (Single Family Residential) to RS-2 (Medium-Density Single Family Residential) for the purpose of developing residential community.

Planning Commission Meeting will be Held Immediately Following the Public Hearing.
